Organizers of the ICIC-IDUAI Conference 2026 kindly remind all participants who indicated in their registration that they need Visa on Arrival to attend the Conference in Sierra Leone that the final deadline for submission of the required information for the processing of their Visa on Arrival is Tuesday, 22nd September 2026.

Please submit the following information on or before the deadline:

• Full Name
• Nationality
• Passport Number
• Host Organisation: RAIC-SL

You may also attach a clear scanned copy of the biodata page of your passport to facilitate the processing.

Please note that participants who submit the required information within the stated deadline will have their Visa on Arrival processed gratis (free of charge) through the host arrangements.

Participants who fail to submit the required information by the deadline will be required to apply for the visa online independently and bear the associated cost.

We therefore encourage all affected participants to submit the requested information as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
